Hong Kong Psychologist Janice Lam

Our culture teaches us to distrust ourselves, to believe that the answers lie within another beauty treatment, another person, or another qualification. From social anxiety, to burnout, to an eating disorder, I know what it’s like to be crippled by self-doubt.

As a mother, I know how tough it can be to feel the push and pull between your career aspirations and motherhood. I understand the uncertainty of wondering you can still climb the corporate ladder at the same time make room for your family, and yourself.

It is my own healing and self discovery journey that brought me to this work and it is now my mission to support others.

She & Co. was set up to support women in Hong Kong who are struggling with a variety of issues, such as relationships, self-esteem, stress, depression, career transition and development. I specialise in supporting women in their inner reflection and professional growth so they can show up as the women they want to be in all aspects of their lives.

Mission

my mission with She & Co. is to remind women that we are worthy, whole and lovable - just as we are. i wish to harness the power of sisterhood to help women rise - individually & collectively.
